Pregnancy Pilates
45 minutes of safe exercises and stretches for expecting mothers performed on various pilates equipment.

Pilates Fusion Bootcamp
1.15 hour bootcamp incorporating classic and contemporary pilates exercises. A complete sequence of pilates stretch, strength and cardio training with no muscle left behind. These sessions are fun, unique and a great challenge to ones usual fitness routine.
