Bookings

It is your responsibility to book and change your bookings as required. You can choose “Pay Later” as the option through the online booking system to avoid paying the casual fee.

Due to unforeseen circumstances classes may be cancelled. If this occurs, there will be no ‘make up’ sessions if classes for the remainder of the week are booked out. You can however be put on the wait list for classes and can be contacted if/when cancellations occur.

If you cancel within 24 hours of booked class, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Membership Payments

Membership payments will be charged on a monthly basis to the credit card you used when you signed up. It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card is active and able to make the nominated payments. Charges may be applied if sufficient funds are not available. It is your responsibility to ensure any changes in credit card details are provided to Pilates Rockhampton in advance of the next scheduled payment.

Breaks in Membership

4 weeks leave is included in the membership. Further breaks in membership may be arranged in advance with 2 weeks written notice via contact@pilatesrockhampton.com.au.

If a significant and long term illness or injury occurs for yourself or within your immediate family, best efforts will be made to accommodate for the unplanned event if evidence from a medical officer is provided.

Cancellation of Membership

A minimum three months membership is required. If you have leave credit upon cancellation this may also be charged in your final payment. 2 weeks notice of intent to cancel must be given in writing via contact@pilatesrockhampton.com.au

Refunds and Transfers

Refunds of any kind including any booked classes will not be provided.
Transfers of membership to anyone else is not permitted.

Agreement

You agree to disclose all relevant health and fitness information before and/or during the membership period to Pilates Rockhampton. It is your responsibility to exercise within your limits and ensure you are in good physical condition each and every class.

Payment of membership requires that you agree to these terms and conditions.
