Beginner group reformer sessions are for new comers to Pilates or those who require low impact non-weight bearing exercises. All movements are done off the floor with the ability to customise resistance. These sessions focus on core strength, balance and flexibility whilst learning classic reformer exercises. If you need an introduction to Pilates or need to move safely without putting pressure on joints these sessions are for you at any age.

|Mat (Floor) Sessions|
Mat sessions are group classes suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. They incorporate classic and contemporary Pilates exercises which are a great way to enhance your Pilates Reformer training or your other physical fitness and sport activities.

30 minute private sessions. Customised pilates exercises using studio equipment. Available Monday-Saturday. Take the first step...suitable for beginner level fitness, return from injuries or enhancing athletic performance.
1 hour masterclass incorporating classic and contemporary pilates exercises. A complete sequence of pilates stretch, strength and cardio training with no muscle left behind. These sessions are fun, unique and a great challenge to ones usual fitness routine.
